Ticket Sales Policy

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not permitted and tickets are non-transferable. Exchanges are not allowed unless you are a season subscriber. Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of the Artistic Director or Director of Patron Services.

Late seating may not be permitted. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the published start time of the show to ensure your entry to the performance.

Will call tickets must be claimed prior to the published start time of each performance. Any will call tickets not claimed at the start of the performance may be given to other patrons.

Accessible seating is available at each of our performances. Accessible seats are identified on our seat map if you are purchasing your tickets through our online box office. If you require additional assistance, please contact us at tix@rayoflighttheatre.com.

Please be aware that a $2.95 service charge is applied to all online sales in addition to the advertised ticket price. Any ticket orders that must be processed over the phone will be subject to a $3.95 service charge. These charges cover the administrative costs to support our staff, manage our technology and provide you with the best and easiest patron experience possible. We strive to keep these service charges at a minimum for our patrons.
