Choosing your performance dates and seats:
- Your subscription allows you the flexibility to choose the performance that best fits your schedule. PLEASE NOTE: If you have purchased multiple subscriptions, you must select seats separately for each of your subscriptions. You will need to follow the steps outlined below for each subscription you have purchased.
- If you are ready to make a reservation, please click here to enter our online box office.
- Select the production that you wish to attend.
- Select the performance date and time of the show that you would like to attend.
- Select your seat(s) from the seat map. Please note that while you may select any number of seats, you will be responsible for paying for any additional seats above the amount in the subscription you purchased.
- Select the delivery method for your tickets
- In the step labeled “Payment Info,” do not enter any payment details. Instead, please click the “Redeem Benefits” button at the bottom right of the page.
- Enter your Patron ID number issued to you upon purchase of your subscription OR you may enter the email address associated with your subscription purchase. Please also enter your First and Last Name. Please allow the system a few moments to search for your subscription.
- Confirm your subscription benefits and process your order.
Access the dedicated subscriber-only phone number for Box Office support:
- To provide our Ray of Lifer Season Subscriber with priority attention, you have access to a dedicated subscriber support line. This number was provided to you in your subscription confirmation. If you don’t have access to it, please call our general information line at (415) 690-7658 and identify yourself as a Season Subscriber for priority service.
Exchange your tickets (up to 24 hours prior to your selected performance):
- To offer you flexibility and ensure you have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of your subscriptions, we provide subscribers with the ability to change performance dates if notification is provided 24 hours in advance of a scheduled performance. To notify us of any requested exchanges, please call our dedicated subscriber line or email us at email@example.com.
Get free drinks and show off your pin:
- To make your experience more enjoyable at the performance, we are happy to provide you with a drink voucher good for one free drink at each performance and a Ray of Lifer pin. Both items will be mailed to your address prior to the performance or available at the Box Office on the night of your performance. Please be sure to bring these with you to the performance. Wearing your Ray of Lifer pin is sure to get you some extra smiles, thank yous, and general affection from us.
